Hello everyone. We want to let you know that for the month of February 2023, our office has partnered with Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center of Garden City, KS to do good for the community. Our goal is to help them collect funds to fix one of their mobile units.
Do you know about Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center?
They are a center that helps children that have gone through some hard and rough patches in life.
Their mission is to heal the trauma of abuse in children and adults through prevention, support, and services. They do this by traveling to 34 counties in Western Kansas with six mobile units. They offer FREE trauma-focused services to the children and their families: this includes therapy, forensic interviews, advocacy, mentorship for boys, art facilitation, and medical examination.

At the moment one of their six mobile units, that travel around to the 34 counties in Western Kansas, is out of service and needs some repairs. Our office is taking donations to help them get the unit back on the road.
How can you help?
We are offering fluoride varnish to adult patients when they are here for their dental cleaning visit. The cost of this service is $20, and all the money collected from this service on adults will be donated to the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center.
What is fluoride varnish?
It is a dental treatment that can help prevent tooth decay, slow it down, or stop it from getting worse. Fluoride varnish is made with fluoride, a mineral that can strengthen tooth enamel (the outer coating on your teeth). We apply fluoride varnish on children when they are here for their routine cleanings, but it a service that anyone can benefit from.
